Are you using Navisphere Manager or Navisphere Express (the default offering on AX-series)?

The 2 different versions handle configuring email notification very differently.

For Navisphere Manager;

- go to the last tab (monitors)

- expand your storage processors (they may be listed by IP or name) to see which template is being used (you cannot modify it there though)

- expand "templates" and look for the template that's being used

- right click the template in question and select properties

- on the email tab you can change the email info (if you're using multiple email addresses, be sure to separate them with commas and not semi-colons)
