Listing volume "serial numbers"
I would like to be able to determine which of my ME4084 storage volumes are associated with which device on VMware. This would greatly assist in determining what is used and where.
I can hover over the volume to get it displayed in the PowerVault manager. However I would prefer to be able to obtain a list of the serial numbers for all volumes. If only this was a column displayed on the "Volumes" tab.
Can anyone help?

Hello BlacklistGuy,
Here is the link to the administrator guide and if you look on page 92 it explains about maps table in volume topic. Also on page 109 explains how to view the map details. https://dell.to/2Xke5wI

That was very helpfully. But I would like to get is the "serial numbers" of the volumes in each of the groups.
This would then tie up with the VMware Storage devices.
At this stage I can only see this information if I hover over the "volume" in EMC.
Thanks

Hello BlacklistGuy,
I am not seeing any way to get that information to show.
