iscsi fault domain

Hello

i need please your help for the following problem that i have i do have dell storage system emc scv3020 

the problem was that i have restarted the system and the top control did not start at all after this i had to shutdown the storage system and and turn it on again 

after turning it on the top controller has been reset and i had to reconfigure the ip again 

now what i have is that  each physical port should have a virtual port attach to it and those should have been also configured in iscsi fault domain in my case i have configured two ports in top and two port in bottom with two fault domain 

after this restart on of the virtual ports has been moved to other fault domain and i cannot attach it to the right preferred physical port

attach the picture 

the virtual port 5000D31004091E34 should been preferred to the physical port 5000D31004091E06 and should not be in fault domain 2 

as you can see the below picture i cannot find the right port to attach it

 what should i do to link it to the physical port
