Is Isilon license (file) universal?

Hi,

We have several Isilon OneFS (v9.0) nodes. We now need to apply license to SW modules of OneFS and Security hardening. From  the interface, the only we is to "upload and activate a signed license file".

The questions are: where to get the signed license file? If it's to download from Dell, what info do we need to provide (serial #)? Is the license file universal (i.e. work for all nodes we have) or specific to individual hardware? Can we create signed license file for the node(s), if so, how?
