INSPIRON 3501 HELP ME ?

Recently I bought a DELL INSPIRON 3501 directly from the dell store near me, on the DAY 1 when the product was opened in the DELL EXCLUSIVE STORE it worked fine and immediately when I opened my laptop after returning home , THE APPS WERE NOT OPENING INCLUDING SETTINGS , So I contacted the person at the store and asked for help and he assisted me well then I thought the issue was solved but it wasn't solved. At DAY 10 I found another issue regarding the speakers of the Laptop such when I was playing any audio it was sounding like a radio without a good signal , then I reset my PC and the issue resolved. I thought the issue was solved and the laptop may work well , later the icons were not loading whenever I start the system . Next on DAY 35 THE STAR MENU WASN'T OPENING I HAD TO SEARCH FOR SOLUTIONS AND RESOLVE IT. I Had forgotten to mention that on DAY 38 I faced the same problem again the apps were GETTING CRASHED and I was totally out of my mind . On But on the DAY 40 the final way to decide that the pc was defective WHEN I WAS WATCHING THE MOVIE SUDDENLY MY PC SCREEN WENT BLANK AND THE TOUCHPAD WAS NOT WORKING AND THE CURSOR GOT STUCK I was like . And when ever I PLAY A VIDEO IT FLICKERS LIKE THE FRAMES REDUCE SUDDENLY, suppose if I started watching a movie this issue occurs frequently, SOME TIMES AUDIO COMES OUT FIRST AND VIDEO ROLLS OUT LATER . I Barely used this laptop for 60 hours and been facing this issues in the FIRST 40 DAYS . So, I'm Fed up with this laptop and Finally decided to return the laptop but according to their rules they will not take return after 30 days of purchase. I'm stuck with a broken PC . Please help me. I WANT TO RETURN IT AND GET REFUNDED I Have the worst experience with the DELL SERVICES AND SUPPORT whenever I call they will transfer the call to every other department and they won't respond properly. Main thing is that they ask me to reset the laptop , I have rest m, y laptop 3-4 times till now on their team assistance and not to install any application in it even though if I reset the laptop the problem was no solved then I got on conclusion that there was a problem in the CPU of my laptop , I don't even understand if I had to reset the laptop and not to install applications then what is the need of buying a laptop whenever a problem occurs . They ask me to upgrade my warranty to software warranty and to take software assistance. When ever I ask them to help me return the Product they just skip and reply that there is no hardware problem. So cant replace or return the product. SO PLEASE HELP ME. I'll never buy any product again from the DELL .
