How to retrive the ip address and user credentials for CX300?
The guy who left the company did not provide any login information and ip address for CX300 array. Is there any way to retrive them from the array.
I tried PPP connection and i could not able to communicate with the SP and also tried hyperterminal connection, i could able to connect to the sp's but could not able to communication.
Any help is appreciated.

You are going to have to reset the Domain Security on the array through PPP connection. If you are not familiar with this procedure contact Dell for assistance. Keep in mind that if you run scripts to perform Administrative Task they will stop working until you either setup the same accounts or modify your script to mirrow the new changes in the accounts.
