How im can bring luns online in vnx-5300 ?

Did your VNX5300 lose power recently?  What is your current OE?  Are you getting a recovery error on the luns?

we moved the storage location and we need to turn it off for that, and after turning on the luns appeared offline

before hanging up I had an SP ok.
but after connecting he returned with the two SPS in failure

how can i solve this?

Have you tried rebooting the SPS?

im boot the storage, turn off and turn on again . but luns continue offline

my sps are in faulted but im wait for the goods batteries that will arrived in two days

you know that problem are in batteries?
