Equallogic PS6000
Hello,
We have an old PS6000 and have run into 2 failed drives and neither able to write to spare. The has resulted in the member going offline. This member is part of a 2 member group and most LUNS are unavailable. We have swapped out both drives and tried to restart the array but receive message that the RAID is in danger.
We are now at the point that we want to reset the array and/or delete the member so that we can re-add back in, system is asking for a challenge response (see below). Anyway to get this answer without opening up a non warranty case?

Hello JennM1225,
You will need to open a support case to get the response to your challenge code. There is no way to get the answer to that without talking to support as they will have to input the change code into a tool that will provide the response. The tool is only used by support.
