Dell/EMC AX4-5i Storage - Navisphere Express problem

Hi.

I was setting up a new AX4-5i and everything was going OK, until I shutdown it.  Next day when I restarted and tried to login with Navisphere Express it show me the following message:

The Shared Storage Control Enabler is not installed on the storage system.

I have not found information about this on the Internet.

Any advice?
