Dell Unity Pool Subscription best practice

I have 39.2 TB, 16.6 TB Free, 13.7 Pre-Allocated, 22.5 TB Used and a subscription % of 118.2.

I am looking for some guidance on just how much space I can allocate as a best practice under these specified values.
