DELL Unity : increase VMFS single extent lun in sync replication modus and with snapshot mounted

I have a question . We had a SAP/DB2 server in synchroneous replication mode and a snapshot mounted to an  acceptance server , refreshed each sunday, using POWERCLI/UEMLCLI scripting, fully automated.

My question is, can I face issues when I extend such a lun with a snapshot being mounted while I extend the main lun ?Or does the 'geometry' of the disk not matter and the mounted snapshot  operates  as usual ?
