Dell Unity 480XT initial configuration issues

Good evening all,

I just inherited a Dell Unity 480XT project wherein the previous engineer scheduled to do the project left and this has put me somewhat behind the 8 ball to get the project off on time.  I was able to muddle my way through creation of the LUNS and the basics; however I am unable to get the array to see my hosts at all; either through FC or iScsi and I am completely stumped as to what my issue might be.  Any thoughts?
