Dell T430 PowerEdge SSD

Hello Forum, every night my 5 newly installed non RAID SSD hard drives fail with flashing amber lights. Reinserting the drives and rebooting the server brings them back online until the next night..... Configuration wise; there is a preexisting RAID 5 in place for the OS and a preexisting RAID 1 for storage that works fine but the 5 new SSD drives constantly go amber every night ..... please help.....
