Dell Safe Online
I don't even know where to start describing the problems I've had with Dell Safe Online backup. So, I'm posting here in desperation for some help. First, how do I get help for that specific issue? Every time I try from the Dell Support Center, I must provide my service tag and the message comes back that my warranty is expired. I know that. I just want help with the Dell Safe Online product to which I've subscribed for two years. My hard drive crashed and I've had very little success in restoring files. I had not downloaded the Dell Safe Online to my new hard drive because of the low success rate. But, I decided to not let my account expire so I could keep trying to restore or obtain more files from previous backups. Went into my account last night to type in the new credit card number and got a message this morning saying there was a problem with that credit card and my account has been deactivated. I must have made a type, but now I can't access anything since the software is not on my computer. I can't even get into my account to try to rectify the credit card typo problem. How can I get some actual assistance with this issue? I'm willing to renew my account, but am at a brick wall.

Dell Datasafe is software that comes with desktops and laptops. You posted in the Dell|EMC SAN Storage forum.
I'd suggest to post in the desktop or laptop section if you would like assistance with Datasafe.
