Dell PowerVault MD1200 both EMMs blinking amber

I have a Dell MD1200, connected to a Dell R720.

Both EMM Modules are blinking twice indicating a loss of communication with enclosure. The server (R720) is still running OK.

In Dell open manager, shows EMM1 failed. Other disks, batteries, fans are all showing green.
