Dell PowerVault MD 3400 is in block mode
Dell PowerVoulte MD3400 is out of warranty date. We can pay for servise rapair and need authorized Dell speciaIists. I can organise remote access for it. Errors are: After pulling out all 12HDDs for other project and entering 12 other new empty hard drives like Dell 2TB, controller switched in Lock-Down mode. Errors:
1) rtc WARNING Battery for real-time clock NVSRAM must be replaced;
2) Dell MD3400 this controller is locked down due to detected corruption in the primary database Code: 0E LF Condition: Controller lockdown with limited use of SYMbol

Hello Hasan Y,
What will need to happen is that you will need to have the password reset cable that came with your MD3400 so that support can clear the lockdown on both controllers. The reason that your system is in a lockdown state, is that all configuration was not removed from your drives prior to them being removed. When you powered up your MD3400 with the new drives the database is looking for the old drives & since it didn’t find them it is locking the database to protect the configuration.

Hello Sam! Thanks for your answer. I have that cable and I connected it with putty just to see the errors. What about battery error in screenshots? It didn't work long time, shoud it be raplaced or it will work normal dearing clearing lockdown?
Will you write here or to my mail adress other conditions of support (cost of servise, which software will be need etc.)

Hello Hasan Y,
The battery error that you are getting most likely means it needs to be replaced. Depending on where you are located the cost may differ for support to clear the error. I know that for USA & Canada it is $1,000 for support to resolve your lockdown issue and get your system to boot normally.
