Dell EqualLogic VSM 3.5.2.1 Read Only Access

Hello,

Dell EqaulLogic VSM require administrator rights only for vSphere? Or is there a way to provide access to read only or custom access users for Dell EqualLogic VSM?

I cannot seem to find it any where on the application or vSphere to provide custom access. I realized if I provide read only access then I am unable to log onto Dell EqualLogic VSM.
