Dell Datasafe Local
Can anyone help? My full system backups fail and I cannot remove old ones even though I have ticked this option. In Manage your backups all the options are grayed out. Would like to unistall the software and start again but can that be done using the original key. The laptop is only three months old.

A Dell online rep used this free program to remove a malfunctioning remnant of DataSafe Local from my computer this AM!
