Dell Data Storage On Line Blues

Hi

This may not be the correct forum for this problem.

If not please advise and i will post again

Upgraded to 100gb and  was hit with an instant debit (usual for Dell)

Had problems with the application so cancelled expecting the promised refund.

Not  a sign of the promised refund (usual for Dell) although Dell were quick to shut down my facility.

Quick to debit slow to credit :emotion-12:

Anyone tried to find let alone access Dell support for Data Storge On Line ?

Anyone advise the correct proceedure to get my money back ?

Wish now I had not responded to the Dell offer to 'upgrade'

You posted in the Dell|EMC storage section.

Which Dell|EMC SAN model do you have, and are you connecting via iSCSI or fiber channel?

If your question is about a desktop or laptop (software/service), I'd suggest to repost in those sections.
