DCIM_FCEnumeration not returning FC Info

I have an R720 and Installed some Emulex LPe12002 and LPe15004 FC cards.

Via Racadm or WSman, I am not getting any information when I run Racadm hwinventory FC or using Winrm DCIM_FCEnumeration.

WINRM COMMAND:

winrm e http://schemas.dmtf.org/wbem/wscim/1/cim-schema/2/root/dcim/DCIM_FCEnumeration -u:root -p:calvin -r:https:// /wsman -SkipCNcheck -SkipCAcheck -encoding:utf-8 -a:basic

DCIM_PCiDeviceview does show that the cards are present.
