DataDomain 4500 won't start - console black screen
Hi Guys,
We have a DD4500 and suddenly it crashes , when we reinsert the AC power cable we get a black screen of the console.
an amber led in the front of the SP Module.
drives and the rest of the module are off exept the management module.
can i confirm that the SP module should be replaced ?

Thank you @DELL-Josh Cr for your help.
I will proceed the purshasing and replacing of the SP module and then inform here if the replacing has resolved the issue.
