CX4-120 won´t come up to life

Hello good people,

I have a huge problem in my hands, we have turned off a Emc CX4-120, and when we turned it on again, we could no more connect to Navisphere and the Storage itself would not give any activity at the Brocade ports, the lights on the fiber ports at the Switch are off all the time while the lights at the Fibre ports on the Storage are orange, and not connection can be made....
Does anyony have an idea about what is happening?

Did you just shut the unit down and later power it up again, or did you move it to another rack or to a different location in the same rack, or maybe just re-cable the unit?

The storage processors boot off of bus 0 enclosure 0 disks 0 to 3 (SPA has a mirror on disks 0 and 2 and SPB has a mirror on disks 1 and 3).

If you recabled (due to re-racking or any other reason) and you didn't cable the unit correctly, the storage processors may not see their boot drives and therefor won't boot.

If you didn't recable or move anything, check the leds on the storage processors. Their state has a meaning:

- blinking at 0.25 Hz (once every 4 seconds) = bios test

- blinking at 1 Hz (once a second) = POST

- blinking at 4 Hz (4 times a second) = boot

If it keeps cycling through these 3 it could be due to not finding the flare drives on bus 0 enclosure 0.
