You'll need:

- a system running Windows (any version)

- access to EMC's Powerlink website (to be able to download the Navisphere Service Taskbar or the Unisphere Service Manager). http://powerlink.emc.com.

- your license papers and the enablers (come on the CDs with the license papers) for SANcopy and Snapview

Install the NST or USM on the Windows system. Start the software and have it connect to your array (management IP address (it'll pick up on the 2nd IP automatically)). Use the software wizard to install the enablers on the array.

Thanks "Dev Mgr".

Now let me tell you the scenario. We have already configure dell blade server m1000e and dell emc cx4-120 up and running now we wish to configure SAN copy and Snap-view, thats why we need the complete installation guide/tutorial to do that job.

If u have any installation guide/video tutorial, can u pls share it.

EMC's Powerlink site has all this documentation. I suggest you check out the documentation there.

Explaining zoning on a message board is a bit hard to do.

In short you need to create single initiator, single target zoning for your whole environment.

I suggest you pay someone to do this for you.

If you're in the US, Dell has a remote services team that can probably help you out for a reasonable affordable price.

One note though; if there currently is indeed no zoning, to implement zoning will take down the switch in question while the zoning is being implemented. However, if you have redundant fabrics, general practice is to zone one fabric and only once that one is fully done, you start on the second fabric. In theory this should result in no downtime (Powerpath will pop up on systems that paths went down, but that's Powerpath's job; manage the failover).
