cache memory card error on AX100SCi
Hi,
We are getting the warning "The cache memory card is faulted or removed." on our AX100SCi storage system. I'm trying to get in toutch with Dell support but I don't have the service tag handy. I was wondering if anyone knows how we can troubleshoot to make sure that this "card" is faulted.

The battery backup/cache card is a physically connected card for single storage processor systems. It plugs into the storage proc via an edge connector. You can try shutting down the system and re-seating it. If that's not possible then capture the diagnostic files and mail them to Dell when you raise the support call. They'll parse the files and let you know the outcome.
