Brocade switch java error

 Exception encountered during initialization: com.brocade.web.secscan.SecureSANException: Cannot load RBACMatrix from switch: java.io.IOException. Server returned a response code 400.

error happens when trying to log into advanced management through switch manager

Telnet/ssh into the switch and do a "httpcfgshow java-version". Verify you have that version of Java installed on the system that you're trying to pull up the web interface on.
