Battery replacement on MD3200
There are two controllers,The standby side controller battery has failed and is about to be replaced.
The active controller is working normally,
Is there any problem if I remove and replace only the standby controller while the power is on?

MD series should be the same. "standby" is used for redundancy. It starts working only when active one has a problem. So, if active one is operating normally, no service disruption occurs.

Even though I am not a PowerVault expert, based on the article (https://dell.to/3RpA4fG) "Replacing RAID Controller Battery in Units with Dual RAID Controllers" section, you don't have to power off your MD3200 but just make the RAID-battery-failed controller offline for the battery replacement.

In this video: https://dell.to/3AZOAUm, the engineer does not power off MD3200 when replacing RAID battery in a controller.

I'm not a storage engineer either.
If the active controller is operating normally, is there any problem with the standby controller unplugging the controller except for the cables connected to it?
I've seen Dell engineers replace the SC series non-disruptively, but I don't know exactly about the MD series.
