ax4-5f amber light in front
I have an ax4-5f that just came in. When I boot it (i have the serial cable hooked up to verify), it appears to boot up fine but then goes into a state where the rear green light flashes 4x per second and drives 0-2 all have amber lights for them and the square status led in the front is amber.

Any ideas? I was able to get to the utility partition and re-load FLARE but that does not seem to help at all

Have you tried to assign IP addresses using the initialization utility and then see if the webpage tells you anything?
Something as simple as not connecting the serial cable to the SPS can cause the amber light, or when you first power the unit up the SPS needs to recharge, and during this time the amber light is on... those are just 2 examples that are common (not connecting the serial cable) or normal (during SPS recharge time the fault led is on).
