AX4-5 Disk State Removed

My AX4-5 recently showed the Disk drive 5 state as "Removed" from Navisphere, also it shows an alert "There are disk drives in this storage system that are not working properly. (0x7400)".

I installed a new hard disk of same model number (ST3146855SS), bought from a retail store. But it still shows the same message and the front panel LED indicates orange.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

You need to buy the same disk that has failed, an EMC one. Retail disks wont work in the system. The disk has a EMC part number stating 005 or 004 something like that. Do a google search and there will be lots of 3rd party suppliers.
