AX150 - seeing Storage System Faulted message no matter what
This message has persisted through a firmware update, rebooting the unit, re-recreating the disk pools and virtual disks and re-assigning them as well.
The virtual disks appear fine, and there are no other apparent problems in PowerPath as well.
Any thoughts?
Thank you.

Where are you seeing this fault?
What does it show under components? Is the UPS missing maybe?

Attention Required at login. I just started seeing this. If I check under View Components, I see Storage System shows a fault, but cannot drill down further,

In Navisphere Express, go to the services section and look for the option to "restart Navisphere". Select this option. If you have 2 storage processors, do it for both storage processors.
Restarting Navisphere only restarts the webpage services. It should not cause the controllers to reboot (causing IO failover, etc). For a few minutes you cannot use the webpage. It forces the web services to fully re-poll the hardware to verify the state.
