AX150 Maintenance cable part #

Newbie here., Trying to find the part # for the SP service port (db9-RJ45) so we can try to order a replacement.  Our AX150 just went out of warranty and I have a SP (SPB) that won't boot.  Our Dell installer did not leave the cable after completing the install way back when.  Have tried power cycling and reseating the SP but neither has worked.  Thanks in advance.

Assuming you're in the US, call Dell|EMC support. They can get you the partnumber, but also work with you to figure out the best way to fix your system.

 

They won't be able to send any parts as you're out of warranty, but support on Dell|EMC is lifetime (free), so they can help figure out what needs to be done to fix the problem.
