Array snapshot
Hello,
I would like to know if storage array level snapshots freeze only the LUN or the entire storage array during the snapshot.

Normally its LUN based and there is no such thing as freezing. Depending in your OS/App integration there is a quescing which is expected to get a consistent state.
Btw. you should mention your Storage Product/Model because i think there is more than one out there.
