Access LUN 31 can be removed? or disabled?
Hello,
I am using MD 3860f storage with several windows servers.
I attached 3860f and several windows servers with 2 SAN swtiches.
And LUN 31 (Access LUN) is enabled on only some windows server.
So, the servers take long time for booting than the other server what are not enabled LUN 31.
I guess that LUN 31 is caused.
Can I use the storage without LUN 31? or is it all right even though I delete the LUN 31?
Or, is there any force way not to appear the LUN 31 on windows server?
I'd really appreciate any help.

Your MD Storage Manager install should mask lun 31, as well as enabling mpio and adding the dell specific multipathing DSM module to your MPIO. If you ran the storage software installer on the hosts you should not be bothered by the lun31. If you did not install this then you will have much larger issues than whether or not your seeing lun31 because your multipathing and failover will not function correctly.
