yum.conf - Permission Denied

Used DRM to create a bootable ISO for a PowerEdge 630.  When it boots, I get the SUSE splash screen and then it does an auto login with admin.  However, I get the following error 5 time and then the boot process hangs:

I've tried recreating the ISO in DRM with the same results.  I've also tried remote mount via iDRAC and USB card.  No change.

Any ideas how to get past this?  Thanks.
