**THERE IS A SERIOUS PROBLEM DOWNLOADING BUNDLES - V511 & V512***
Running Data Center v1.9.155, selecting any bundle from the Dell Online DB shows 0 bytes - clicking a bundle and then the Components TAB shows as empty - no components. When you try downloading the bundle(s) - the bundles are empty. This error appeared after Dell removed the older versions leaving only v511 and v512 available. This needs to be addressed ASAP, we need to get the latest firmware updates for over 400 servers in our organisation.

Hi,
We are not able to reproduce the issue here.
Can you please try with a fresh database.
Older version will not be lost It will be actually saved as Archived Repository.
Steps:
Close DRM
Locate %localappdata%\RepositoryManager\Database\
Rename od delete RepositoryManager.sdf
Run the DRM afresh.
Sync Dell Online Catalog.
Thanks
Shabu

Hi
Can you please attach the failed database for us to analyze the issue?
Till we analyze what the issue is, if possible, request you to work with the new database.
Thanks,
Shashi.

Great that works. But, I need to get back the repositories I had already created before I followed the instructions you provided to my first post. Also, would you know why this problem happened in the first place, have you seen this before? The server I run RM on is on 24/7 and hasn't crashed or had any problems with RM. I am the sole operator responsible for the server and RM.

I'm assuming you mean the RepositoryManager.sdf file - which is 193mb in size, any suggestions?

Hi,
It is the RepositoryManager.sdf file.
But if the size is 193MB, I am not sure how to get that uploaded.
I will check on that and get back to you.
Thanks,
Shashi.
