Repository Manager for R310 and Linux bootable ISO not working

Using Dell Repository Manager for the first time and have followed a few posting from the web so I hope I'm using it correct.  Using version 2.0.0.187 with the DTK 740 to down all the updates for this device.  I download ok and create the export ISO just fine.  I then use Yumi to format and create the bootable USB drive.  It will boot to the USB but then fails with 'retrigger failed udev events'.  That is followed by 'Starting udev: FATAL: Module ipmi_msghandler not found' and 'FATAL: Module ipmi_si not found'.  Then I get sever COULD NOT MOUNT messages and finally a Press enter to reboot...

The BIOS is at 1.5.2 and there is nothing on the HD's at this time.  Any help would be great.

Funny you would suggest rufus as I just did that and it is working.

Thanks.
