Missing Files causing SUU o fail

Creating a fresh catalog and exporitng as SUU Folder

I have found there are certain files missing on the Dell FTP site\catalog for eg Network_Firmware_P32M4_WN64_7.6.15.exe , SAS-RAID_Driver_W7X7H_WN32_4.31.1.64_A02.exe.

Using DRM 1.8 these files don't get populated\bundled and downloaded.

However when we manually browse the dell Website enter the service tag we can download the files. Because of this the SUU fails to work , even the LWDS bat script gives errors as file not found.

These are just couple of files I found , I guess there should be more.
