Link Error

Hello

I've been trying to use Dell repository manager Business client version 2.2.4 and when trying to update the repository it returns the following error in the log file. 

Download:https://downloads.dell.com/catalog/catalogpc.cab/smalan-norge.com remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found. at System.Net.WebClient.DownloadFile(Uri address, String fileName) and then its not able to verify the signature of this file

Going to the site it looks like the signature file is missing and could this be fixed please.
