Dell Catalog release notes
Hi, every now and then there is a new release of Dell's catalog. The only way to find out there is a new one is to download it and check the version / release date. I am talking about the catalog.xml.gz
I would like to see 2 things:
- To see a page on Dell listing all the versions
- See release notes, e.g. added new iDRAC version, added new BIOS for R640
Is any of those available? If not, how can I know there is a new version of the catalog?

DELL EMC PowerEdge Server catalogs are refreshed every month on the 2nd and 4th Friday. You can find more details from below link.

I believe it is the date when catalog get created. The posting on downloads.dell.com happens on second and fourth Friday

Hi Shine,
Thank you for the links and explanation.
You say (and so does the link) that the releases go on Fridays.
The last catalog that is downloadable says release date as "2021-09-06T18:40:56+05:30" which is Monday. Can you let me know what the release date in the catalog means?
