Pro Max 16 Plus MB16250, charging issue

Purchased a Dell Pro Max 16 Plus Ultra 9 285HX 128gb top spec beast! I was very excited when it arrived, that was shorted lived. After several hours, it started having charging issues. After less than a day, it needed to go back for repair. Been with the repair center for 33 days and counting and no update from Dell since 22nd of December! Very disappointed and annoyed! Paid on £6k for the laptop! Expected more from Dell. Always have had precision laptops for personal and work, had great service. I am not only one having issues, my work have received a batch of Dell Pro Max 16 Plus Ultra 7 265HX and these failed with charging issues too.

Laptop is 45 days and counting with Dell support! Cannot seem to get any communication for Dell support!

55 days with Dell support being repaired and counting.... no communication when I can expect it back....  broke on the first day!

Wished I never brought this Dell laptop!
