Pro Max 16 MC16250, SD25TB4, Dell 32' monitor flickers

Question

My external monitor just flickers but is mostly just black. It also has a stange bar that will appear showing you a narrow width of screen.

Dell laptop (Dell Inc. Dell Pro Max 16 MC16250)

Dell Dock (SD25TB4)

Dell monitor 32" gaming monitor

Plug in my ASUS gaming laptop and everything works as it should. Come on, Dell. Pretty sad I have to use my personal laptop because my work supplied enterprise equipment doesn't.

The fact that ASUS gaming laptop connected to the SD25TB4 which is then connected to 32" gaming monitor means that the SD25TB4 is functional.
