Huge Thanks to Kaustav Biswas – Outstanding Support on My Dell Pro Max 18 Plus Purchase

Just wanted to give a big shout-out to Kaustav Biswas from Dell for going above and beyond during my recent workstation laptop purchase. I was shopping for a fully loaded Dell Pro Max 18 Plus to handle heavy-duty business and computing tasks, and Kaustav made the whole experience easy, professional, and surprisingly enjoyable.

He took the time to explain all the options, helped me fine-tune the configuration, and—most importantly—followed up personally when I was told he was out until later in the month. That follow-up call sealed the deal. Without it, I wouldn’t have gone through with the order.
