Dell Website Issues
I wanted to buy some expensive high-spec laptops for our business.
I went to the Dell Website and discovered that the Dell Max Pro range have a high spec.
I selected what I wanted "Intel Core Ultra 9" and "16inch". It brought back 3 laptops, one wasn't even a Core Ultra 9".
I clicked on customise and it changed it to a lower spec CPU.
There is no support telephone number to call re. these types of issues. The Sales Team are clueless. I told them and included details of the error in the feedback survey. Still no fix. Silence!
What's wrong with these people? I am a business customer who wanted to buy several laptops and they have now lost that sale as I have gone somewhere else to make my purchase.
It is like these people just don't care! Hopefully they read this and decide to fix their website.
