Dell Pro Max 16 Plus Thermal Trip
Dell pro max 16 plus with Nvidia RTX Pro 5000 Backwell reaches 176 F when using rendering application (Enscape) and screen goes black. When force reboot, it prompted "Thermal Trip detected" Error code: 2000-07111. I disabled the hybrid graphic is BIOS as I noticed it did not use the dedicated GPU (Nvidia) during rendering.

You need to reduce the settings on the software, which is hardware-intensive and really better run on a desktop system. And disabling the hybrid graphics means the nVidia GPU is run constantly, which will exacerbate the overheating.
