Dell Pro Max 16 Plus, not satisfied with the graphic output

Hello people,

so I recently got my new workstation with the Intel Ultra 265HX, 64GB RAM and Intel Arc + Nvidia RTX Pro 1000 with Nvidia Optimus, I am using this notebook with the 280W USB-C AC charger and a Dell SD25TB4 dock and I hope I am just too blind at some point, to find the deal breaker.

Since this notebook do have 2 Thunderbolt 5 ports on the left side and a Thunderbolt 4 port on the right side, I ordered a SD25TB5, just to be sure that it is not a bandwidth problem, but that should not be the thing, since the Precision 7680 RTX A2000-ADA was also able to do this without problems.

While I am very happy with the overall device itself, the insane OLED and raw computing power, I am not satisfied with the Nvidia. I used a Precision 7680 with 13850HX, 32GB RAM and RTX A2000-ADA, with the same dock and the same 4K100HZ displays (Dell P2725QE) before.

While the Precision was able to run 4K100HZ without any problems with direct output mode, I have only problems with the Nvidia RTX Pro 1000 with direct output mode. First thing first: I can only achieve 4K100HZ on all displays, connected to the dockingstation, if I keep the BIOS option "Direct output mode" off, for my Nvidia. So all displays are managed by the Intel Arc, which would not be a huge problem for me, but if I run it on Intel Arc Management (direct output mode deactivated), I randomly get black screens for a second some times on one of the displays here and there. Not all 3 losing connection and tell me "No signal", it's just a black screen for a second.

If I activate the direct output mode, I can have 4K100HZ on one display, the next one get 4K60HZ, the last one gets 4K30HZ.

Windows 11 24H2, 26100.5074
NVIDIA Driver 581.15
Intel Driver 32.0.101.6987

Does anyone have a magic trick at some point? This is kinda frustrating.

TIA!
