Dell Pro Max 16 Plus Laptop just received but with F&F issues

IT have finished remotely setting up my new CAD laptop, namely the Dell Pro Max 16 Plus and now I have it in my possession to install my peripheral drivers I've noticed a few issues with the fit and finish.

The top case which contains the keyboard is bowed upwards in line with the end / insert keys whilst the bottom case is flat. Also noticed a slight crease in the display (OLED) and a bulge in the display top case in-line with the DELL logo, about 2 inches from the D of the logo. As a long term Apple user since the late 90s and many PowerBooks, MacBook Pros later I am used to Apple's F&F. The Pro Max seems very sub-par and wondering if this is typical with these machines or if I have an 'assembly late on a Friday' model?

If this was a personal purchase, you have 30 days from shipment to request a refund or a repair.  It doesn't matter what's typical or not for the model - if you're not happy with it, return or exchange it.

That option doesn't exist for a business/corporate purchase -- if that's what this is and you're not happy, have the purchasing group contact Dell to initiate a repair (or replacement) of the system.
