Dell Pro Max 16 MB16250 possible problems when using C3422WE monitors (USB-C connection)
After buying a lot of these models we see an awful lot of crashes in Autocad and Revit.
The strange issue seem that the computers are fine when not connected to C3422WE monitors.
Our workplace use C3422WE at all desks so this is a big problem for us. We have hundreds of these monitors.
Can Dell please check out if their computers are performing well also when they are docked?
Computers are using external USB-C 280W power.
We use Win 11 24H2 RTX 3000 and Dell Command Update are updated.

Instead of using the Pro Max 16 MB16250 left side Thunderbolt 5 ports, connect the C3422WE USB-C to USB-C cable to the Pro Max 16 MB16250 right side Thunderbolt 4 port and retest.
