Dell Command Driver Pack - Wrong link posted for MB16250
Good day,
We are receiving the newer MB1620 model of the Pro Max. We are trying to configure SCCM to use the driver pack identified on the Dell Command site. However, the link to download on the MB1620 driver page, points and downloads(an extracts) for the MC16250.
Does anyone have the correct link? Or have the link to the previous driver pack? The existing one does not detect or install on this model and we're at a standstill with rollout.

Good news! This got corrected pretty quickly. Looks like version A03 is the latest available version for the MB16250. The file for the MC may have been incorrectly pushed onto this page so thats where that initial issue came from. So the pack you have now should be the same as what is listed on our Deploy page.

I presume we have a typo in the body and you are referring to the MB16250 as we do not have a MB1620 model. Looking at the driver lists for both the MB16250 and the MC16250, they both share identical drivers. However, I can't say if that's by design or if we actually have the incorrect list for the MB16250. This may also just be a typo on the site as well. I'll have to reach out to our driver pack teams to really confirm which scenario we're looking at. Unfortunately, this is going to take some time to verify. The Windows 10 pack is correctly listed as the MB so that is something we can at least point to as a reference. I'll have to check back in once I have an update.
As a possible test scenario, you could try installing Windows 10 with the MB16250 W10 CAB pack and then update to Windows 11 via Windows Update. Not ideal, but this can at least verify if you are indeed missing drivers. Dell Command Update may then be able to pick up what the specific service tag needs.

@DELL-Daniel V Thanks for your reply. You are correct, I meant MB16250. The driver pack for MC16250 does not appear to cover the devices in the MB16250 we received. As our typical process is to use the driver matrix for our driver set injected into SCCM, using consumer driver sets thru the Support site is not a good practice. I totally agree that at times drivers can span different flavours of a model. Wanting to also be careful with injected drivers into SCCM just to "test" if it works.
I was asked to try download the Dell Command pack thru the Support site(interaction thru a Dell Social Case) for MB16250 shown below. I again am not sure how close they are to the Dell Command Deploy Driver Packs matrix links.
The one I was directed to download is:
Although it is version A03, it does not match the ID or Version in the matrix for MB16250 Win 11 here, which shows ID 0WV5W Version A03:

Because of the pressure to get the units imaged and distributed, we will try the one suggested. We can always replace it with the correct edition when it's all figured out.
Any help is much appreciated.
