1 month old Dell Pro Max 16 Premium with screen issues

So my 1 month old Dell Pro Max 16 Premium spontaneously develops these horizontal and vertical lines/patches on the screen. It happened abruptly while the laptop was in use, stationary on the desk. There was no physical damage at all to the laptop during this 1 month, with the laptop screen being as good as new physically. With pictures and videos sent to Dell Support, and no physical examination by any technician, Support has concluded that "the system has internal screen damage located at the bottom-left corner", citing that I do not have "Accidental Damage Coverage" and so "repair on a paid basis" can be arranged. This is frustrating and disappointing for me and explaining to them that this is a manufacturing defect/component failure has only got them repeating that there is damage present and I will have to pay to get it repaired. Any advice?
