Try to use a good driver updater software like advanced driver updater to update your camera and sound driver.

Contact Dell GHN (Get Help Now) chat technical support Monday through Friday. Click the blue "Get Help Now" on the right to start a private live chat session. Share the private Service Tag with them so that they can verify the ownership and warranty status. This will also generate a unique Technical Support case for your unique Service Tag.
Which Dell Pro model are we working with exactly? I'd recommend checking out the following articles and see if they apply for additional troubleshooting:

Did sound and camera work before?
Did you do a BIOS update, and it failed after that?
If yes, how did you perform the BIOS update? I have the same laptop (PA14250) and did a BIOS upgrade via the Linux fwupd system, which uses the UEFI capsule method. This caused the audio and webcam to fail on the next boot, because of the system ACPI tables: They reported that the system has a Realtek audio device, while in reality it has a Cirrus Logic one.
I was able to restore both audio and webcam by using the BIOS' own update method: Pressing F12 while booting and selecting "Update BIOS" in that menu, then having a USB stick with the BIOS update EXE (not CAB) on it, and then running the firmware update that way. Afterwards, ACPI tables were correct and both audio and webcam started working again.
