Pro 16 Plus - SD25TB4 | Windows boot is stuck on loading wheel
Hi there,
We have recently installed a SD25TB4 dock for a Dell Pro 16 Plus laptop and we are facing a strange behavior.
ISSUE :
Windows boots endlessly with docking connected
Symptoms:
- If we try to start the Windows OS with the docking station connected on a USB-C port, the POST goes fine but then the boot process is not moving forward. The "loading wheel" of Windows is turning endlessly and we never get to the login screen.
 - If we try to start the Windows OS without the docking station connected on a USB-C port, the Windows system is loading successfully.
 - If we remove the USB-C cable of the docking while the "loading wheel" of Windows is turning "endlessly", then the loading process continues straight away and we get to the login screen.
 - No BSOD have been observed or any crashes
 - Booting issue occurs everytime from cold boot with the USB-C cable connected to the USB-C port
 - The docking struggles randomly to detect external screen connected to the DP port (sometimes it detects, sometimes not)

Hardware
PC: Dell Pro 16 Plus
| MB | BIOS firmware | 2.4.2 (last to date) |
| OS | Windows 11 | 23H2, x64, Professional, 10.0.22631 |
| OS | Drivers | All installed and up to date |
| OS | Image | Customized |
Docking : SD25TB4
| Firmware | 2.4.2 (last to date) |
Thank you for your suggestions on this case folks.

Hi there,
Apparently this issue has not showed up again since a few days on this computer. Maybe a Windows update has been released and installed on the computer in between which could have solved this issue.
Anyway I will mark as solved.
Thanks
